By adopting policy tools that address the racial biases that exist within our government structures. We're sharing these tools with Chicago leaders who influence policy from roles within government, nonprofits, philanthropy, unions, media, and organizing. These Racial Equity Fellows are now out in our city, wielding their power to promote racial justice.
